AJPES serves as the liaison point designated for issues related to the central exclusion database referred to in Article 108 of the Financial Regulation and in Article 144 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 designated by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the purpose of exchanging information in the application of the Regulation (EU, EURATOM) No 1141/2014.
